Summary:
In September 2023, the City entered into an agreement with Q4 Industries for the purchase of janitorial supplies. Since the agreement was established, Q4 Industries has provided reliable service, competitive pricing, and consistent product availability to meet the City's operational needs. Maintaining a dependable source for janitorial supplies helps support the City's ongoing facility maintenance and custodial operations.
Based on the positive experience with Q4 Industries and the continued value the agreement provides, staff recommends extending the agreement to maintain this established supplier relationship and ensure continued access to necessary supplies at competitive costs.
