Summary:
In 2021, the City Council awarded a contract to Insco Industries, Inc. for pool painting and repair services at City-owned public pools. Services under this contract include, but are not limited to, brush blasting, cement crack repairs, re-caulking, and painting. These services help maintain the condition, appearance, and longevity of the City's pool facilities.
Throughout the contract period, Insco Industries, Inc. has provided reliable, quality services at competitive prices. Extending the agreement for an additional year will allow the City to continue utilizing an established contractor for these services while supporting the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of its public pool facilities.

Estimated annual expenditures are $200,000 supported by the Park Sales Tax Fund.
