Summary:
On June 21, 2022, City Council approved Resolution 22-1046 authorizing general obligation bonds for the City Hall Environmental Systems Renovation and Roof Replacement Project in the amount of $3,249,400.
This project is for replacement of the HVAC system and building automation controls, and replacement of the roof and roof drainage system.
This Resolution will increase the overall project funding by $1,133,248, which is the amount received from insurance proceeds from a roof damage, for a total project budget of $4,382,648.
Kaw Roofing and Sheet Metal was awarded this project on December 3, 2024 and is anticipated to be complete by mid-Summer 2025.
