Summary:
This is a request to accept the dedication of land for public easements and public street right-of-way for the final plat of Oak Run North. This final plat establishes lot lines for twenty-five (25) single-family lots and two (2) tracts. A rezoning and preliminary plat were approved in 2000, and this final plat is consistent with that preliminary approval. Approval of this final plat will leave one remaining phase of the Oak Run subdivision to be platted and developed.
This plat will dedicate new utility (U/E), public utility (PUB/E), drainage (D/E), tree preservation (TP/E), access (A/E), and sanitary sewer (SS/E) easements. All roadways within the development will be dedicated as public right-of-way. This final plat is subject to the street excise tax of $0.215 per square foot of land area and a traffic signal excise tax of $0.0037 per square foot of land area.
