Sourcewell, a cooperative procurement agency, solicited bids and issued contract KS-R2-GC-061323-HA, for general construction services, to Haren Companies.
The work under this contract will include general repairs, installations, renovation services and emergency repair services for City facilities.
Staff recommend a two-year contract term with options for additional renewal periods.
