Summary:
The Facilities Renovation Project, 6-C-038-24, Resolution No. 23-1068, was approved by Council on October 17, 2023 in the amount of $3,270,000. This project includes City Hall, Community Center, Fire Administration and Robinson properties.
The quote, submitted by Team Office, LLC based on the State of Kansas Contract #55477, provides new furniture, delivery and installation for the Fire Administration building. Existing furniture will be disassembled and moved to the Ironwood building for storage. This provides an inventory of existing furniture components to be reused at City Hall, Community Center and Robinson locations.
Staff recommends award of contract to Team Office.
