Summary:

The Facility Improvements and Renovations project is included in the 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Plan. This project is for the renovation of City Hall, Robinson Administration, and Fire Administration facilities to align with the Olathe 2040 space assessment plan. The total project budget is identified as $7,500,000 with $1M coming from cash funds set aside and the remaining $6,500,000 from General Obligation Bonds.

 

Attached is the proposal from Team Office which is utilizing the State of Kansas Contract.  The total cost for new furniture, delivery and installation is $279,553.55.

 

It is anticipated that furniture and delivery will begin in January 2025 and continue thru June 2025 as work progresses on the renovation project.
