Summary:
In March 2026, the City solicited bids for the supply of traffic signal materials and equipment for the Traffic Operations Division. These supplies are utilized by City staff to repair, maintain, and support traffic signals, school crossing beacons, and other related traffic infrastructure throughout the City.
Staff recommends award of the contract to Traffic Control Corporation for an initial three (3)-year term, with the option to renew for additional contract terms.

Anticipated annual expenditure is $400,000 and will be funded through the Traffic Operations operating budget.
