Summary:
The approved 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) included the following annual projects:
• ADA Sidewalk Repair and Replacement, PN 3-C-093-XX
• ATMS Replacement and Repair, PN 3-C-037-XX
• Neighborhood & School Traffic Safety Improvements, PN 3-C-048-XX
• Sidewalk Construction, PN 3-C-072-XX
• Streetlight LED Conversion and Maintenance, PN 3-C-009-XX
• Structures Repair, PN 3-G-000-XX
• Traffic Signals, PN 3-TS-000-XX
These projects are needed to preserve, maintain and expand infrastructure throughout the city. These projects are needed to preserve, maintain and expand infrastructure throughout the City. CIP sheets for each of these projects are included as Attachment A and the Description for each provides a summary of the work to be completed for the project. Staff will return to Council on January 20, 2026, to request approval to authorize each of the projects.
