Summary:
This is a request to accept the dedication of land for public easements and public street right-of-way for the final plat of Enclave at Regency Place. The final plat establishes lot lines for 13 lots and two (2) tracts to accommodate the construction of 13 new single-family residential homes. An associated rezoning and preliminary plat (RZ18-0006) was approved in June 2018 and this final plat is consistent with the approved plans.
This plat will dedicate new utility (U/E), public utility (PUB/E), sanitary sewer (S/E), drainage (D/E), and tree preservation (TP/E) easements. Access to the site will be provided by one (1) new street connection to 131st Street to the east, which connects to S. Greenwood Street through the Regency Place subdivision.
The plat is subject to a street excise tax of $0.215 per square foot of land and a traffic signal excise tax of $0.0037 per square foot of land
