Summary:
The Budget Workshop on August 4th is an opportunity for the City Council to review revenues, expenditures, projects, and fees in greater detail for the Water & Sewer, Stormwater, and Solid Waste Funds, and 2027-2031 Capital Improvement Plan.

Financial Information:
Based on the 2027 proposed budget, residential Olathe utility customers will see an average monthly bill increase of $2.89 for water, $4.52 for sewer, $0.68 for stormwater, and $1.14 for solid waste. Residents with all utilities will see a $9.23/month average increase.
