Summary:

This is a request to accept the dedication of land for public easements and public street right-of-way for the final plat of Parkside Reserve, Ninth Plat. The final plat establishes lot lines for 48 lots and three (3) tracts to accommodate the construction of 48 new single-family residential homes as a part of the ninth phase of the development. The rezoning and preliminary plat (RZ22-0002) for Parkside Reserve was approved in 2022, and this final plat is consistent with that approval.

This plat will dedicate new utility (U/E), sanitary sewer (S/E), tree preservation (TP/E) and drainage (D/E) easements. All roadways within the development will be dedicated as public right-of-way. As required, Brougham Drive must connect to an existing arterial or collector street in accordance with the UDO and City Council Policy PI-3.

The plat is subject to a street excise tax of $0.215 per square foot of land and a traffic signal excise tax of $0.0037 per square foot of land area.
