Summary:
In July 2025, the City awarded a contract to JCI Industries, Inc. for pump, mixer, and motor services utilized by Environmental Services. These services are critical to the continued operation of the City's wastewater treatment and water production facilities. Failure of this equipment can result in service disruptions, operational inefficiencies, and potential regulatory compliance issues, making timely access to qualified repair and maintenance services essential.
Staff recommends renewal of contract with JCI Industries, Inc., for one (1)-year term with options to extend for additional contract periods.

Financial Information:
Anticipated expenditures for the contract term are $300,000 and will be charged to Water Production and Wastewater Treatment maintenance budgets.
