Summary:
The Police Department utilizes Winchester ammunition. Winchester ammunition provides the best ballistic capabilities and safety for officers and citizens. The Police Department has tested and evaluated this ammunition and has found that it will continue to best meet the needs of the department and enhance the safety of the police officers and the citizens of the City of Olathe.
Staff recommends the award of the purchase to Precision Delta Corporation.
Precision Delta Corporation provides Winchester ammunition through the Kansas State contract, #55467.

Total fiscal impact will be $58,283.47 and will be funded through the Police Department general fund budget.
