Consideration of award of contract to Staco Electric Construction company for general electrical services for the City of Olathe.

Summary:
On June 1, 2024, Jackson County, Missouri awarded a contract to Staco Electric Construction Company for general electrical services. This contract is available for use by public entities.
This contract will be used to provide as-needed services including, but not limited to, emergency electrical repairs, preventative maintenance, miscellaneous repairs, replacements, troubleshooting, and additions and/or new installations in City facilities and properties.
Staff recommends award of a five (5) year contract.

Financial Impact:
2,500,000 over the five year period. To be paid from Facilities Maintenance budgets, and/or the budgets of requesting Departments.
