Summary:
This is a request to accept the dedication of land for public easements for the final plat of Stonebridge Park, Replat of Lot 60. The final plat establishes lot lines and dedicates public easements for one (1) single-family lot and one (1) tract. This replat is needed to divide the existing triangular property and plat an area of unplatted land to the north to create one buildable lot for a single-family home and one (1) tract within the Stonebridge Park subdivision.
This plat will dedicate new utility (U/E), drainage (D/E), and tree preservation (TP/E) easements. No additional public street right-of-way will be dedicated with this plat.
The unplatted area is subject to a street excise tax of $0.215 per square foot of land area and a traffic signal excise tax of $0.0037 per square foot of land area.

Action Needed:
1. Accept the dedication of land for public easements for the final plat of Stonebridge Park, Replat of Lot 60 (FP24-0024) (majority vote of the Councilmembers present required).
2. Reject the dedication of land for public easements and return the plat to the Planning Commission for further consideration with a statement specifying the basis for the Governing Body’s failure to accept the dedication (majority vote of the Councilmembers present required).
