Summary:
On September 30th, 2025, four proposals were received for implementation services for Workday Adaptive Planning. Adaptive Planning is a software extension of Workday Financials that allows organizations to forecast, budget, plan, report and analyze. Strada U.S. Professional Services, LLC brings municipality implementation experience and extensive Workday expertise for this software deployment.
Staff recommends award of contract with Strada U.S. Professional Services, LLC for the configuration, testing and deployment of the Workday Adaptive Planning solution.

Financial Impact:
Contract amount not to exceed $218,565. Funding for the contract will come from the
Capital Project Reserve.
