Summary:
This is a request to accept the dedication of land for public easements and public street right-of-way for the final plat of Park 169, Second Plat. The final plat establishes lot lines for three (3) tracts to accommodate future residential uses on 24.16± acres, located northeast of W. 167th Street and S. US-169 Highway.
This plat will dedicate new public Utility (U/E), Sanitary Sewer (S/E), Drainage (D/E) easements, and Tree Preservation (TP/E) easements. All roadways within the development will be dedicated as public right-of-way.
This unplatted area is subject to a street excise tax of $0.215 per square foot of land and a traffic signal excise tax of $0.0120 per square foot of multifamily residential land.
