Summary:
The Facilities Maintenance Division of Infrastructure uses Cleaning Up, LLC for janitorial services for City Buildings. The current contract expires May 31, 2026 and we are preparing to re-bid for continued janitorial services. Additional funding is required to continue the services through the end of the contract period.
Staff asks for approval of additional funds to complete the current contract term.
