Summary:
In November 2020, Council approved a contract with Cleaning Up, LLC for janitorial services for City buildings. This contract expires at the end of 2025 and is in the solicitation process.
Due to pricing increases from the vendor, staff asks for approval of $500,000.00 in additional funds for the rest of the contract term.
