Consideration of bid and award of contract to C&B Equipment for water and wastewater pump repair and replacement, and vertical well testing and cleaning for Environmental Services Division of Infrastructure.

Summary:
In January 2025 Council approved a contract with C& B Equipment Midwest Inc. for water and wastewater pump repair and replacement, as well as vertical well testing and cleaning services. This contract was a one (1)-year contract with additional renewal periods.
C&B Equipment Midwest Inc. consistently provides excellent response time and service. Staff recommends renewal of contract for an additional one (1) year term.

Financial Impact:
Annual expenditures are estimated to be $225,000 and will be charged to the Water Production and Wastewater Treatment operating and maintenance budgets.
