Summary:
In March 2023, Council awarded an agreement to Per Mar Security and Research Corp. dba Midwest Alarm Services, Inc for building security systems and services. The City has standardized the Lenel brand as the controlled access building security system for all City facilities. This agreement allows for the addition, removal and maintenance of security systems.
City staff is pleased with the performance of Midwest Alarm Services, Inc. during the agreement term and recommends a one (1)-year agreement renewal.
