Summary:
The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is a multi-year planning instrument used by the City to identify needed capital projects, to coordinate project financing, and to schedule projects in a way that maximizes the return on investment made by the citizens of Olathe.
The 2027-2031 CIP was presented to and found to be in conformance with the City’s Comprehensive Plan (Elevate Olathe) by the Planning Commission on August 24, 2026.
The CIP has been reviewed by the City Council and is now presented for adoption.
