Summary:
This is a request to accept the dedication of land for public easements for the final plat of Hope Roots Collective. The final plat establishes lot lines for one (1) lot and one (1) tract for an office business. A rezoning and preliminary site development plan application (RZ24-0013) for this site is also on the agenda.
This plat dedicates public access (A/E) easements for the stormwater treatment areas. No new public right-of-way is being dedicated with this plat.
This unplatted area is subject to a street excise tax of $0.215 per square foot of land and a traffic signal excise tax of $0.0098 per square foot of land.
