Summary:
The following item is a request for approval of a final plat for New Century Business Park, Second Plat, a subdivision located southwest of W. 151st Street and W. Old 56 Highway. The plat will establish lot lines and dedicate public easements for one (1) lot and one (1) tract on approximately 1.91 acres.
Lot 4 will accommodate a flex space building, and Tract C is designated for access, open space, and utilities. New utility easements (U/E) are dedicated as depicted on the final plat. The final plat represents the second phase of New Century Business Park and is consistent with the approved preliminary site development plan (PR22-0020).
This unplatted property is subject to the street excise tax of $0.215 per square foot of land area and a traffic signal excise tax of $0.0098 per square foot of land area.
