Summary:

The following application is a request for a final plat of Lone Elm Commerce Center, Sixth Plat, located northwest of W. 167th Street and Lone Elm Road. The final plat will establish lot lines and dedicate public easements for one (1) industrial lot, three (3) tracts, and easements to accommodate the construction of a proposed 260,879-square-foot industrial development.

 

The plat dedicates utility (U/E), sanitary sewer (S/E), access (A/E), and drainage (D/E) easements. This plat also vacates a portion of unnecessary right-of-way and easements that were dedicated with a prior development, to accommodate the new development. No additional right of way will be dedicated with this plat. The final plat is consistent with the preliminary site development plan associated with a recent rezoning (RZ26-0002) and complies with the requirements of the M-2 (General Industrial) District.

 

This unplatted property is subject to the street excise tax of $0.215 per square foot of land area and a traffic signal excise tax of $0.0098 per square foot of land area.
