recommended motion:
I move to approve the renewal agreement with Lineage for citywide mailing and courier services for a term through October 21, 2027.

Summary:
Lineage provides citywide mailing and courier services for the City of Olathe, including mail pickup, postage, interoffice courier services, and certified mailing. Lineage has provided mailing services to the City of Olathe since 2020.
Approval of this renewal agreement will ensure the continued delivery of these services without interruption, supporting Citywide operations. The agreement will be administered by Exceptional Services - Customer Experience.
