Consideration of an Agreement with Infrastructure Solutions LLC for design-build services for the Cedar Creek Low Pressure Force Main, Phase 2 Project, PN 1-C-003-22.

Summary:
Many of the existing low pressure force mains in the Cedar Creek area were constructed without adequate isolation valving to allow for maintenance of these mains without shutting a large number of residents out of sanitary sewer service. Additionally, when breaks occur on these force mains, the lack of valving prevents the City’s utility maintenance crews from stopping flow into the mains while performing repairs. This project will add additional isolation valving to resolve these issues.
A Request for Qualifications for Design-Build Services for design and construction of this project was released on April 11, 2025. Two (2) firms responded to this request and Infrastructure Solutions LLC was selected based on the submitted qualifications. The proposed agreement with Infrastructure Solutions, LLC is a Guaranteed Maximum Price package totaling $195,913.40 for construction of this project.
Construction of this project is tentatively scheduled to begin in September 2026 and should be completed by the end of November 2026.
