Summary:
This is a request to accept the dedication of land for public easements associated with the final plat of Stellar Apartments. The final plat establishes lot lines for one (1) lot and four (4) tracts to accommodate the construction of multifamily apartments.
The plat dedicates utility (U/E), drainage (D/E) sanitary sewer (SS/E), and water quality and quantity (WQQD/E) easements. This plat also vacates a portion of an existing sanitary sewer and dedicates new sewer (S/E) easements to accommodate development. The final plat is consistent with the rezoning and revised preliminary site development plan (RZ25-0016) and complies with the requirements of the R-3 (Residential Low Density Multifamily) District.
This unplatted property is subject to the street excise tax of $0.215 per square foot of land area and a traffic signal excise tax of $0.0120 per square foot of land area.
