Summary:
This project will improve and stabilize 325 feet of open channel in the Northridge subdivision, south of 125th Street. Attachment A shows the location of this project.
On July 31, 2024, two (2) bids were received and opened for the above referenced project. The bids ranged from $261,304.00 to $295,795.25 with the Engineer’s Estimate at $262,360.00. VF Anderson Builders LLC, submitted the low and responsible bid in the amount of $261,304.00. The following is a tabulation of the bids received:

Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin September 2024 and be completed Fall 2024.
