Summary:
Toshiba submitted a 63-month lease proposal under the Omnia Partners cooperative contract (Contract No. R241204). To maintain continuity of service and ensure reliable support, staff propose continuing with Toshiba as our existing, trusted provider of multi-function printers (MFPs) to meet citywide printing, copying, scanning, and faxing needs, including ongoing maintenance and service. Under this agreement, Toshiba will replace 62 MFPs across the City, reducing the fleet from 67 devices. The reduction is due to efforts to reduce reliance on printing and improve efficiency of the assets we maintain. Staff recommend a 63-month contract with Toshiba for the replacement and maintenance of copiers.
