Summary:
This item is for consideration of a three-year renewal of existing cybersecurity software sold by ConvergeOne, Inc. and originally implemented in 2023. The software remains part of the City’s ongoing cybersecurity program and supports continued protection of City technology resources and operations. Certain technical and security-related details are exempt from disclosure pursuant to K.S.A. 45-221(a)(12), K.S.A. 45-221(a)(45)(A), and K.S.A. 45-221(a)(45)(B).

Financial Information:
The three-year license term will cost $168,141.11 and is budgeted through the Technology Update and Replacement Fund (TURF).
