Summary:
On June 13, 2024, the City of Olathe went to bid for streetlight supplies to maintain streetlights within the City of Olathe. These supplies include items needed to maintain our streetlights such as photocells, cabinets, controllers, wiring, fuses and other miscellaneous items.
Two bids were received for the purchase of streetlight supplies from GSC Lighting and Supply and Border States Industries Inc.
Staff recommends a one-year contract with option to renew to GSC Lighting and Supply and Border States Industries Inc.

Financial Impact:
Anticipated expenditures for the contract term are $300,000. Funding will be from the Traffic Operations operating budget.
