Summary:

This is a request to accept the dedication of land for public easements associated with the final plat of I-35 Logistics Park, Eighth Plat. The final plat establishes lot lines for two (2) lots and two (2) tracts to accommodate the construction of two (2) industrial warehouse buildings.

 

The plat dedicates utility (U/E), sanitary sewer (S/E), sidewalk (SW/E), and drainage (D/E) easements. This plat also vacates a portion of an existing water easement and dedicates new water (W/E) easements to accommodate development. The final plat is consistent with the revised preliminary site development plan (PR26-0011) and complies with the requirements of the M-2 (General Industrial) District.

 

This unplatted property is subject to the street excise tax of $0.215 per square foot of land area and a traffic signal excise tax of $0.0098 per square foot of land area.
