Summary:
The Fire Department is entering into a four-year (2026-EOY 2029) agreement for the Expert Care Extended Warranty & Preventative Maintenance Plan with the Zoll Medical Corporation. This contract is for the Fire Department X Series Cardiac Monitors and is for the - Worry-Free Service Plan - 4 Years of On-Site service. The plan includes Annual preventive maintenance, Repairs: Parts and labor per ZOLL Limited Product Warranty, SurePower Battery replacement upon verified failure, and accidental damage coverage. Free use and Shipping of a Service Loaner upon request during device service, and no charge shipping. The Fire Department recommends Council consideration of approval of the Zoll Professional Defibrillators/Monitors - Worry Free Service Plan. ________________________________________________________________________________
Financial Information:
The Service Contract is for a total of $183,276.00 over a four-year period.
