Summary:
The following item is a request for a final plat of Corporate Ridge Apartments, a subdivision located in the vicinity of S. Ridgeview Road and W. 106th Street. The plat will establish lot lines and dedicate public easements for one (1) multifamily lot and two (2) tracts of land on approximately 56.52 acres. A rezoning and preliminary plat were approved in 2021 for 298 dwelling units and the final plat is consistent with the preliminary approval.
This plat will dedicate new utility (U/E), drainage (D/E), tree preservation (TP/E), water line (WL/E), and sanitary sewer (SS/E) easements. This final plat is subject to the street excise tax of $0.215 per square foot of land area and a traffic signal excise tax of $0.0120 per square foot of multifamily residential land.

Action Needed:
1. Accept the dedication of land for public easements for the final plat of Corporate Ridge Apartments (FP24-0044) (majority vote of the Councilmembers present required).
2. Reject the dedication of land for public easements and return the plat to the Planning Commission for further consideration with a statement specifying the basis for the Governing Body’s failure to accept the dedication (majority vote of the Councilmembers present required).
