Consideration of contract approval with GALL’s for uniforms, office apparel, and accessories for the Fire Department.

Summary:
In April 2024, the City of Olathe submitted an RFP for a new vendor for uniforms, accessories, and office apparel for the Fire Department. Two (2) qualified proposals were received.
The evaluation committee reviewed both proposals and evaluated based on overall performance capability, online ordering storefront access, embroidering and screen printing services, qualifications and experience, and overall quality of the proposal. GALL’s LLC received the highest score.
Staff recommends an award of a three (3) year contract to GALL’s, LLC with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.

Financial Impact:
Annual expenditures are estimated to be $175,000 and will be charged to the Olathe Fire Department uniform budget.
