Summary:

This is a request to accept the dedication of land for public easements and public street right-of-way for the final plat of Parkside Reserve, Eighth Plat. The final plat establishes lot lines for 40 lots and two (2) tracts to accommodate the construction of 40 new single-family residential homes as a part of the eighth phase of the development. The rezoning and preliminary plat (RZ22-0002) for Parkside Reserve was approved in 2022, and this final plat is consistent with that approval.

This plat will dedicate new utility (U/E), sanitary sewer (S/E), tree preservation (TP/E) and drainage (D/E) easements. All roadways within the development will be dedicated as public right-of-way.

The plat is subject to a street excise tax of $0.215 per square foot of land and a traffic signal excise tax of $0.0037 per square foot of land area.
