Summary:
This is a request to accept the dedication of land for public easements and public street right-of-way for the final plat of Woodland Hills, Seventh Plat. The final plat establishes lot lines for 56 lots and two (2) tracts for a single-family subdivision located southeast of College Boulevard and S. Woodland Road.
This plat will dedicate new utility (U/E), sanitary sewer (S/E), drainage (D/E), and landscape (L/E) easements. Additional public street right-of-way for local streets will be dedicated with this plat to serve the development.
The unplatted area is subject to a street excise tax of $0.215 per square foot of land area and a traffic signal excise tax of $0.0037 per square foot of land area.
