Request for the acceptance of the dedication of land for public easements for a final plat of Boulder Creek, Fourth Plat (FP24-0006), containing 25 lots and two (2) tracts on approximately 14.53 acres, located southwest of W. 169th Terrace and S. Lindenwood Drive. Planning Commission approved the plat 9 to 0.

Summary:
This is a request to accept the dedication of land for public easements for the final plat of Boulder Creek, Fourth Plat. The final plat establishes lot lines for 25 lots and two (2) tracts in the Boulder Creek Subdivision. The final plat is a replat of Boulder Creek, Third Plat (FP17-0050). The replat is necessary to enlarge Tract P and reconfigure lots 123 through 126 to allow for a drainage feature.
This plat will dedicate new utility (U/E), sanitary sewer (S/E), access (A/E), landscaping (L/E), and drainage (D/E) easements. No street right-of-way will be dedicated with this final plat.
The final plat is exempt from street and signal excise taxes as it is a replat of a previously platted property.

Action Needed:
1. Accept the dedication of land for public easements for the final plat of Boulder Creek, Fourth Plat (FP24-0006) (majority vote of the Councilmembers present required).
2. Reject the dedication of land for public easements and return the plat to the Planning Commission for further consideration with a statement specifying the basis for the Governing Body’s failure to accept the dedication (majority vote of the Councilmembers present required).
