Britton Street. Planning Commission approved the plat 8 to 0.

Summary:
This is a request to accept the dedication of land for public easements and public street right-of-way for the final plat of Stonebridge Pointe, Fifth Plat. This final plat establishes lot lines for twenty (20) single-family lots and one (1) tract. A rezoning and preliminary plat were approved in 2020. This final plat is consistent with that preliminary approval and represents the final phase of the Stonebridge Pointe subdivision.
This plat will dedicate new utility (U/E), public utility (PUB/E), drainage (D/E), tree preservation (TP/E), and sanitary sewer (SS/E) easements. All roadways within the development will be dedicated as public right-of-way. This final plat is subject to the street excise tax of $0.215 per square foot of land area and a traffic signal excise tax of $0.0037 per square foot of land area.

Action Needed:
1. Accept the dedication of land for public easements and public street right-of-way for Stonebridge Point, Fifth Plat (FP25-0039) (majority vote of the Councilmembers present required).

Reject the dedication of land for public easements and public street right-of-way and return the plat to the Planning Commission for further consideration with a statement specifying the basis for the Governing Body’s failure to accept the dedication (majority vote of the Councilmembers present required).
