SUMMARY:
This project will replace approximately 700 feet of sanitary sewer main in backyards south of 151st Street and east of Brougham Drive. These mains have sags, are in poor structural condition, and houses connected to these mains have had sanitary sewer backups.
On August 19, 2025, two (2) bids were received and opened for the above referenced project. The bids ranged from $587,100.00 to $1,588,000.00 with the Engineer's Estimate at $408,355.00. Leath & Sons, Inc. submitted the low and responsible bid in the amount of $587,100.00. The following is a tabulation of the bids received:

Infrastructure Solutions, LLC $1,588,000.00
Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in Fall 2025 and tentatively scheduled to be completed in late Spring 2026.
