Summary:
The City has been utilizing Cartograph Systems, LLC’s asset and work order management software since 1999. Since that time, the product has helped streamline workflows, allowed for more accurate data collection, ensure value-added reporting capabilities, and brought efficiencies to the department’s business processes.
In 2022, OpenGov acquired Cartegraph Systems, LLC. This benefits Olathe as OpenGov provides us with an unlimited user platform which allows us to add users as necessary.
The assets of Water, Sewer, Streets, Traffic, Facilities, Parks and Recreation and our Water and Sewer Plants are all managed through the OpenGov System.

Financial Impact:
The cost for this three (3) year agreement would total $649,623.93 over the term. This
expense will be charged to the General Fund, Water & Sewer Fund and Stormwater
Fund.
