Summary:
The City Manager approved an update to the City of Olathe Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) as required by 2.08.010 Title. This Act is commonly referred to as the "City Emergency Operation Act" (Ord. 96-33 § 2, 1996, amended May, 2005).
The City of Olathe EOP defines the policies, coordination, and roles and responsibilities to meet the needs generated by a disaster in the City of Olathe. It also describes the concepts of operations and emergency processes needed to successfully manage such an event.
