Summary:
These applications for the businesses noted below meet the necessary requirements for issuance of a drinking establishment license in accordance with Title 7, Liquor Laws, of the Olathe Municipal Code (OMC) and is recommended for approval by staff. The applications are available in the City Clerk’s office for review.
