Summary: On May 20, 2019, one (1) bid was received for the replacement of four adjustable frequency drives. The existing equipment is 14 years old and was scheduled for purchase as part of the division’s asset management plan. The existing equipment is obsolete and no longer is serviceable because replacement parts are not available.
Staff recommends award of contract to Logic, Inc.
Two (2) Olathe vendors were solicited, one does not provide this type of equipment, the other is Logic, Inc.

$198,909.00 to be paid from the Environmental Services operating budget.
