Summary:
ManageEngine crafts comprehensive IT management software to bring IT together for an integrated, overarching approach to optimizing IT. It offers more than 90 tools to help manage all aspects of IT operations, including networks, servers, applications, desktops, mobile devices, service desks, Active Directory, and security. They have built the tools from the ground up with contextual integrations to make sure that their customers can manage IT together. We currently utilize the following tools: ServiceDesk, Desktop Central, ADManager Plus and ADAudit Plus. These products combine to provide us with complete life-cycle management of our Active Directory users and computers.
After receiving quotes from the limited number of vendors permitted to sell Manage Engine software licenses, it was determined that buying direct from Optrics, Inc. offered the best and final price for the Manage Engine software licenses.
Staff recommends renewal of a three (3) year contract with Optrics for the purchase of Manage Engine software licenses until August 15, 2023 for an additional ten percent (10%) savings.
No Olathe vendors can provide this product.
