Summary:
The Cooperating School Districts of Greater Kansas City awarded a cooperative IT Contract to CovergeOne on July 1, 2018. The purpose of this contract is to provide products and services, including pre-sale support, installation, engineering, helpdesk/telephone/electronic support, maintenance, and professional services for any public entity or educational organization.
The new Indian Creek Library is rapidly approaching its grand opening date. This equipment and installation will be utilized for all data and network (wired and wireless) for the library. ConvergeOne has offered discounted pricing that meets, or on some items exceeds under the Cooperative School District of Greater Kansas City IT Contract # C062518.
Staff recommends award of contract to ConvergeOne.

Financial Impact:
Estimated fiscal expenditure is $160,000.00 to be funded by the Indian Creek Library Project (6-C-001-17).
