Summary:
The applications for the businesses noted below have been submitted for drinking establishment licenses in accordance with Title 7, Liquor Laws, of the Olathe Municipal Code (OMC). Staff has recommended the license for Berger Concessions be issued for one year with an option for a one-year extension pending a review. The applications are available in the City Clerk’s office for review.
