In 2016, the City Council approved an agreement with Cartegraph to transition from the previous Navigator© product to Cartegraph’s most current Operations Management System (OMS)© web-based system. Since the approval of that agreement, the assets of Water, Sewer, Stormwater, Streets, and Traffic have been transitioned into the OMS product. Expanded implementation portion of the agreement is to bring assets of the water and wastewater plants into the system.
